What we collect
- What you send us: the details in our project inquiry form (company name, website, work email, what you need and your goals, and optionally your budget and funding stage), plus anything you email us, like logos, photos or video clips.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
We don't currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver the services you hire us for.
- To keep the records required for taxes, accounting and legal compliance.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and invoicing. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your brand materials
Assets you send us are used only to make your ads. We'll never show your ad, name or results in our portfolio without your written permission.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months, and client records for as long as the work and our legal obligations require. Ask us anytime to delete your information and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@nightstrikemedia.com. Every email we send also explains how to opt out, and we honor opt-outs promptly.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
