Using this site
You're welcome to browse and share this site for personal or business purposes. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam.
Proposals and approvals
- Proposals, angles and sample cuts we send before an agreement don't create an obligation for either side.
- You're responsible for approving every claim in an ad before you run it, and for your own ad spend and platform compliance.
- Nobody appears in our ads as a customer unless they are one.
- We'll only show your ad, name or results in our portfolio with your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission for future use at any time.
Paid work
Retainers and add-ons are covered by a separate written agreement or an accepted proposal sent by email, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Unless agreed otherwise, retainers have a 3-month minimum and then continue month-to-month, and ad spend is billed by the platforms directly to you. Finished ads become yours once the related invoice is paid. Third-party elements (like licensed music or stock footage) stay subject to their own licenses, which we'll pass along.
Our content
The Nightstrike Media name, logo and site design belong to ANA Enterprises LLC. Example work on this site is shown to demonstrate our capabilities. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
No guarantees
We work hard to make ads that perform, but we can't guarantee specific results. The site is provided "as is."
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ANA Enterprises LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
